We are made to belong to God and his people as fellow members of God’s family (Eph 2), parts of the body of Christ (1 Cor 12), citizens of God’s kingdom (Eph 2; Rev 7), and branches abiding together in Christ the True Vine (John 15). And we are called to live out our identity together regularly in worship, service, community, and mission.
